Apple mini bundt cakes

Ingredience:


370 g all-purpose flour + semolina for molds
1 bag of baking powder (I use phosphate-free)
150 g of cane sugar
250 g of melted butter + a little for the molds
125 g of honey or maple syrup
4 eggs (room temperature)
6 apples
2 teaspoons cinnamon

For wrapping in cinnamon sugar:

2 teaspoons cinnamon about 200 g of caster sugar

Method:

First, wipe the molds with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 ° C). Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Add sugar, sifted flour with baking powder, honey, melted butter, cinnamon and 4 eggs to the apples.
Mix everything thoroughly and fill into molds with a spoon.
Don’t put them full, because they still will, thanks to the baking powder. Bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes depending on the type of oven. After removing them from the oven, let them cool down a bit before tipping them. Immediately after removing from the molds, wrap in cinnamon sugar.
