Chocolate brownies with raspberries

Chocolate brownies is one of my favorite bar

what I ever baked.

If you are a chocolate lover you must try this.

Brownies, when baked properly, are a little moist in the middle and baked on the edges.

This is exactly how brownies should be.

And when baking brownies,

be careful not to overbaked them.

You can bake it like a bar in tray or like

a cake base in cake form.

This is up to you.

Be creativ. Have fun.

INGREDIENTS:

225g Dark Chocolate

¾ cup + 3 tablespoons (225g) Unsalted Butter

Pinch of Salt

2 cups (400g) Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

4 Large Eggs

1 cup (120g) All Purpose Flour

½ cup (65g) Cocoa Powder

1 cup (150g) frozen or fresh Raspberries

GANACHE:

1 cup (160g) Dark Chocolate or Ruby Chocolate chopped

¾ cup (160g) Whipping Cream

Cocoa Powder for Dusting

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180 °C).

Prepare the ganache first.

Heat the whipping cream in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stove until hot.

Then pour over the chocolate and stir until it is beautifully smooth.

I used ruby chocolate, but you can also use white, milk or dark chocolate. It’s up to you.

If there are amy lumps in the ganache, you can use an hand blender to blend it until smooth.

Set aside and let it cool.

Place the butter and chocolate in an ovenproof

bowl and set over a saucepan containing

about 2 inches of simmering water.

Let it warm up so that the chocolate and butter combine beautifully.

Remove from the pot and let cool for a while, about 5 minutes.

Then start adding the other ingredients.

First add the sugar and mix well.

Start adding the eggs, one at a time.

Once you have the eggs mixed in, add the flour and cocoa and mix well.

Stir in the raspberries and fold in with a spatula.

Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with baking paper.

I used 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) tray.

Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Do not leave longer or the brownies will be dried out

and not as good.

Don’t worry about it not being baked.

With brownies, it is very important not to leave it in the oven for more minutes.

We want it to be still a little moist in the middle and

baked on the sides.

 You will really enjoy it.

Decorate according to your imagination.

I made brownies for Valentine’s Day, so I cut out hearts shapes and decorated with chocolate ganache.

HAPPY BAKING!

You can bake it also like a cake.
